Website launched

Our new website has been launched today.

This is a school site created to enhance the support unit students experience and enable them to embrace technology. I wanted to provide a forum whereby the students could learn how to be safe in cyberspace. I have created this website to show them the types of things they can create and to help show them that technology is more than listening to music and watching DVD's. I am hoping that they can learn about Web 2.0 tools and incorporate them in their learning experiences. This website is also an area to provide the students with skills to stay safe in cyberspace especially on social networking and chat sites.
